Angel Reese Appears To Respond To Being Fined In Cringe Fashion

Angel Reese had an interesting reaction to news breaking that she’d been fined by the WNBA.

Reese was fined $1,000 for not making herself available to the media after the Chicago Sky lost to the Indiana Fever over the weekend.

Why did she not make herself available? That’s a great question that nobody has a concrete answer to. She probably didn’t want to answer questions about why she appeared to celebrate a cheap shot on Caitlin Clark.

Angel Reese drops what looks like a sponsored post after being fined.

Shortly after her fine was announced Sunday, Reese took to Instagram to share what looked like a sponsored post with Revolve and Sami Miro Vintage.

Was it her way of letting people know she has plenty of money and doesn’t care about being fined? We report, you decide.

Dropping what certainly looks like a sponsored post of yourself showcasing an outfit after being fined by the WNBA is a bold move. You’d think Reese might want to chill out for a bit after what went down Saturday.

It definitely looked like she celebrated Chennedy Carter’s gross cheap shot on Clark. I’m not sure how anyone could see it any other way, and her conduct was nothing short of childish.

Instead, she seems interested in leaning into the attention and is now trying to pump up her Instagram numbers.

Dropping this post is the definition of cringe. It’s cringe from top to bottom. Take the fine like an adult, hop off social media after being justifiably crushed and move on. Don’t try to pivot with what looks like a sponsored post for an outfit. Nobody is interested in that after the insanity that went down Saturday against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.
