Kristin Cavallari made a heartbreaking admission about her physical health during her marriage to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.

The 37-year-old actress and Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County star was married to Jay Cutler from 2013 to 2022. The two started dating back in 2010 and had three children together.

During the latest edition of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast, Kristin Cavallari made a sad admission about her marriage to the former Chicago Bears QB: She weighed as little as 102 pounds while they were together:

“I was very thin. I’ll put it in perspective for you guys. I’m 5’3”. I currently weigh 114 pounds. Filming ‘Very Cavallari,’ I got down to 102. and I was eating the same amount of food that I’m eating now…The difference was I was so unhappy and so stressed out. I look back at photos from that time period…I was skin and bones…

I think I look so much better now. And you guys, that was just stress. That was being in a really unhappy marriage, quite honestly. Literally, I was so unhappy and I had way too much on my plate.”

Cavallari is now in a relationship with TikTok star Mark Estes, who’s 12 years younger. Estes was also a high school football star who played college at Montana State University and Montana Tech.

Jay Cutler is in a relationship with a woman named Samantha Robertson. The pair have posted several images together on social media. Robertson has two children from a previous marriage, but there aren’t many details about their relationship.

The 41-year-old Cutler played in the NFL from 2006 to 2017, earning a Pro Bowl nod with the Denver Broncos in the 2008 season. A year later, he was traded to the Bears in a blockbuster deal that brought Kyle Orton over to Mile High City.

Jay Cutler Had An Up-And-Down NFL Career

Jay Cutler retired with a 62.0 completion percentage, 35,133 passing yards, 227 touchdowns and 160 interceptions. He helped Chicago to the NFC North division crown in 2010 and a trip to the conference title game, where they fell to the Green Bay Packers.

Cutler was unquestionably one of the more maddening QBs to watch during his career. Many fans and pundits criticized him for a lack of emotion and for seemingly not “caring” whenever he played poorly.

But he helped the Bears to a pair of 10-win seasons. And seeing how much the Bears have failed to find a capable long-term answer at QB, it’s safe to say that Cutler was far from the problem in Windy City
