New York Yankees great Alex Rodriguez recently revealed who would be on his “All Arod Team” and unsurprisingly the roster includes several other players who dabbled in performance-enhancing drugs and pinstripes alums.

To a contingent of baseball fans and pundits, Alex Rodriguez is one of the greatest players of his generation. However, to an equally sizable group, the man struggling to complete a deal to buy the Minnesota Timberwolves is viewed as a player who cheated for years, and his suspension for PED use in 2014 confirmed the long-time speculation.
Nevertheless, he salvaged his reputation during his memorable run with the New York Yankees and has served as pre and post-game analyst for FOX Sports and ESPN MLB broadcasts. His name still resonates in the sport, so when he comes up with his dream team it gets attention.
Alex Rodriguez stats (Yankees): .283 AVG, .378 OBP, .523 SLG, 351 HR, 1,096 RBI, 1,012 R, 152 SB
In a Tuesday post on his Instagram account, the former Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers superstar listed his All-Alex Rodriguez Team and unsurprisingly, the player that has been held out of the Hall-of-Fame had several other players linked to PED use that tainted their careers. On his dream team, the corner outfield spots were manned by Barry Bonds and Manny Ramirez.
Bonds was never suspended for PED use but he was found guilty in the court of public opinion years ago from evidence of his connections to the drug distributor BALCO. Ramirez was hit with a 50-game ban in 2009 after testing positive for a banned substance.
Alex Rodriguez puts four New York Yankees alums on ‘All Arod Team’
Two of the pitchers on his all-time team are a pair of former New York Yankees stars also linked to banned substances — Roger Clemens and Andy Pettite. Like Bonds, Clemens has been blocked from induction into the Baseball Hall-of-Fame due to notable evidence of PED use. While Pettitte was found to have illegally used HGH in 2002 and 2004.
Alex Rodriguez net worth: $350 million
