Caitlin Clark’s dealt with a hectic couple of weeks. She finished off her senior year early with the Iowa Hawkeyes, got drafted by the Indiana Fever with the No. 1 overall pick, worked through professional training camp, and now works through the retirement of former Iowa head coach Lisa Bluder.

Clark recently spoke on the resignment from Bluder, as well as the future of the Hawkeyes women’s basketball program.

“I think she [Lisa Bluder] probably put a lot of thought into it and making this decision. I couldn’t be more happy for her. Probably took a couple of years off her career for having to coach me before,” said Clark, via Scott Agness on X.
