Las Vegas Aces forward Alysha Clark is showing she can laugh at herself after a blooper from Wednesday’s game went viral.

In the second quarter and Las Vegas up 41-29 against Dallas, Clark was called to inbound the ball to teammate Kelsey Plum from the sideline of the Wings’ end of the court.

Instead, Clark delivered the ball to Arike Ogunbowale, a guard for the Wings, causing Plum to hold up her hands in disbelief. Ogunbowale missed a three-point shot, but Clark fouled Dallas forward Monique Billings while battling for the rebound.

After the game, Clark made it clear she didn’t know what happened either.

“Y’all…LOL…I’m not sure what I thought,” Clark posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, with lots of “cry laughing” emojis. “just knooooow my teammates aren’t letting me live it down.”

On Instagram, Ogunbowale admitted she was surprised herself, writing, “boy idk how I missed that but I was too confused to lock in.”

It was no harm for the Aces, even if it led to the foul: Las Vegas defeated Dallas 95-81 as Clark finished with a plus-minus of +7 for the game.
