Aliyah Boston Reveals Drastic Decision With Increased Fever Popularity

Aliyah Boston and the Indiana Fever have been under fire all season. Expectations were high heading into the year with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft, Caitlin Clark.

Boston was fresh off a 2023 Rookie of the Year run, but she started the season slow. Due to her troubles on the offensive end early in the year, fans all over social media bashed Boston and questioned her talent.

She recently spoke on that social media scrutiny after the Fever notched a 78-73 victory, their first win of the season.

“I just logged off. It’s been better for me. I’ve been able to really talk to God a lot. I’ve been in my bible a lot more and it’s been a blessing because I know he’s the reason for everything. No matter what, like all this that’s happening on social media, it’s because I’m going through a season and I can’t wait to come out on the other side of that,” said Boston, via Nick Hamilton on X.

With Clark rostered, and a talented young star like Boston, there will always be bright lights in Indiana. It seems Boston and company are starting to get accustomed to the noise and they’re using some very effective ways to block out the haters.
