Angel Reese Goes Viral After Making Half-Court Shot
Chicago Sky rookie forward Angel Reese worked on her range ahead of her second WNBA game on Saturday night against Dallas.
The star former LSU national champion drained a half-court shot during practice, much to the delight of her Sky teammates.
Reese made her WNBA debut on Wednesday against the Wings and filled the box score with 12 points, eight rebounds, one steal and one assist. She was 5-of-14 from the field, with most of her misses coming on contested shots in the paint.
While she won’t take many shots from half-court during games, her ability to stretch the floor with attempts from outside the paint could free up easier looks.
