Philadelphia Eagles centre Jason Kelce has reportedly met with broadcasting agencies prompting fans to suspect that he might be looking forward to a post-playing career as a National Football League (NFL) broadcaster.

Jason is currently in Las Vegas to support his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, against the San Fransisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII, and, according to the Bleacher Report, he has met with both ESPN and Fox regarding potentially entering the broadcasting world.

He reportedly could meet with CBS, NBC and Amazon as well if he decides to retire.

Last month, ESPN reported that Eagles’ Kelce informed his teammates after their National Football Conference (NFC) Wild Card Round playoff loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that he intended to retire, but has not made an official announcement and is still weighing his options.

The 36-year-old athlete has earned seven Pro Bowl nods, six first-team All-Pro selections, and a Super Bowl win.

He has not missed a game since the 2014 season, making him one of the greatest centres in NFL history.

Jason has gained fame both on and off the field for his personality.

After the Eagles won the first Super Bowl in franchise history, he dressed up in a wacky costume and gave a stirring speech at the championship parade.

He also started the New Heights podcast with Travis, allowing outsiders to see his personality and growing his fanbase.

Jason’s personality and football knowledge make him an ideal fit for the broadcasting world, offering numerous options if he chooses to pursue this career path.
