The Las Vegas Aces finally got back to their winning ways on Thursday.

After the two-time defending WNBA champions lost three straight games, they rebounded with a much-needed 103-99 win over the Phoenix Mercury.

Rookie Kate Martin didn’t have her best performance in the win. In over 9 minutes played, Martin didn’t show up on the stat sheet at all.

Although Martin’s impact as a defender and a leader (despite not showing up on the stat sheet) is always present.

Not to mention that she got her Aces teammates fired up before the game began.

The Aces ended their pregame shootaround on Thursday by a half-court shooting contest.

And Martin drained her shot.

But that’s not all. Martin celebrated in front of her teammates by doing the “schmoney” dance for a few seconds.

The X video of Martin’s dance currently has over 17,000 views.

While Martin may not have had the best night in terms of her stats, at least she added to the Aces’ morale before their big win.
